    3 Headsets + 1 kinect + 2 joysticks -> All broken!!


    Iḿ so disappointed with the quality of xbox one accessories and the xbox support for it. As the title suggests, I have a lot of accessories broken and the only thing I can do is pay for a new one. Just imagine the price I would have to pay for all of this.

    Xbox support refuses to help me on a brazilian website called Reclame Aqui, which has the solely purpose of trying to solve problems you couldnt solve by phone.

    When I call the support they say they cant do nothing cause my warranty is over. I take good care of my accessoires, but I play a lot. They should not broken because I use them.

    I hope Microsoft do something. I live in Brazil, but the only support forum is this one.

    What Games and/or Accessories Do You Currently Have for XBOX ONE?

    1-5 5 being the best I have these

    Watch dogs - 5

    Zoo tycoon - 4

    Forza 5 - 4

    Powerstar golf - 3

    Cod - 2

    Bf4 - 2

    Titanfall - 3

    Kinect sports rivals - 5

    Nfs rivals - 3

    Kinect sensor -4

    Controller -5

    Included headset with console - 1

    1) Standard Chat Headset Included

    2) Official Console Release Date

    3) 1 OR 2 More Exclusive Game Reveals (Crackdown 3?)

    4) Kinect Demos

    5) 12GB RAM Upgrade (PLEASE DO THIS!)

    Sorry for your disappointment. Unfortunately, since the warranty is out on your accessories the only thing that you can do is purchase new ones. We all have to live with the 90 day warranty on accessories. Happy Gaming!

    Mic Constantly Stuck On Mute

    There are a few things that could be the issue.

    1. The account settings are set so that the account is unable to use voice chat of any kind.

    2. The headset you are using is not compatable with the controller, or the wire for the headset is broken in some way.

    3. The port for the headset on the controller is broken or just isnt detecting the headset. For me personally i have this issue with my headset since for some reason using my sound mixer attachment on my controller mutes my headset. A simple unplug and repluging
    of the headset fixes this issue.

    No Game Volume From Headset

    Hey there, It can easily be that the jack on your controller/headset is broken.

    I'm going to list a few things to try (if you can).

    1) Try the headset in another controller.

    2) Try the headset in another device.

    3) Try another headset in the controller. (for example your phone headphones)

    If the headset works in another device, than it might be your controller.

    If the headset works in another controller, than it's your controller for sure.

    If another headset works in your controller, we can also assume that headset/jack is broken.
