Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Sounds like you are having issues with getting connected to your original gamertag, is that correct? There can only be one gamertag attached to a Microsoft account email, so we would need to try to figure out
what email is attached to the gamertag you want to use.

I recommend contacting an Xbox support agent directly to get assistance with that. Give them the gamertag you are trying to access, so that they can go over any options they have to assist you.

Black Op's map pack will only play on the original Xbox it was bought from unless you transfer your account to a new Xbox and are using the same gamer tag as originally purchased.

For example :

Xbox 1:

Gamertag 1 - Gamertag 2. (both accounts made on this xbox)

If Gamertag 1 purchased the content then everyone on this Xbox can access the maps.

Xbox 2:

Gamertag 1 (transferred from xbox 1) Gamertag 3. (made on this xbox)

If Gamertag 1 comes over to this xbox and redownloads the maps. Gamertag 3 will not have access to the maps as it is only allowed to be used under the usage policy by Gamertag 1.

I'm not sure if this intel will help shed light on your dilemma. Just seems not many people read the new usage policy on Black Op's map packs and it could be something to do with it.

I have the same issue I didn't get my codes for Gears Judgment, 1-3. Gamer Tag:

1. Alternating upper and lower case letters ion gamer tag? Check!

2. Reference to testicles in gamer tag? Check!

3. OP likening himself to an animal as if to suggest supremacy? Check!

4. Apparent disregard for grammar and proper punctuation? Check!

5. Group of "dudes" who are "in the know" and not mere children? Check!

6. Redundant reference to gamer tag in the body of the message despite the tag clearly being shown on the gamer card? Check!

When Minecraft stopped working, I used my Microsoft account. And this issue happened after I changed my main alias from E-Mail 2 to E-Mail 1. I can play Minecraft if I log in with my E-Mail 2.

I purchased Minecraft on my Mojang account before the migration, but I don't use my mojang account and that Microsoft account that was migrated to.

With my Mojang account (E-Mail 1) migrated to Microsoft account (E-Mail 4) I bad the Java Edition. With my first Microsoft account (E-Mail 1, now 3) I had Minecraft Bedrock Edition. And with the other MIcrosoft account (E-Mail 2, now 1) I have both Java and Bedrock.

I purchased Minecraft Bedrock Edition on my Microsoft Account (E-Mail 1, now 3) from the Microsoft Store and I purchased Minecraft Bedrock Edition on my Microsoft account (E-Mail 2, now 1) from the Microsoft Store but the Java Edition I purchased from minecraft.net. On my Mojang account (E-Mail 1, now migrated to Microsoft Account with E-Mail 3) I bought Minecraft Java from minecraft.net.
