3 Gift card orders stuck in progress

I had over 22,000 points saved so i decided to redeem 6 $5 gift cards. I was successfully emailed 3 codes but 3 are stuck in progress in my order history. I just ended a call with xbox support and he confirmed that the 3 pending orders have actually failed
on your end so i am stuck. I was told to post here about this to have it resolved.

I have also spent a silly amount of time on the phone trying to solve this so hopefully it all works out. Thanks

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

 

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

 

I understand but i was specifically guided here while on the phone to support who was instructed by the rewards team via email. It's solved now but thanks for the comment anyway
