    I have not received mine and contacted customer support. They treated me like I was trying to scam them and said they had never heard of the offer. I even sent them a link of the xbox live screenshot and they said because it was not from a Microsoft site
    they would not honor it.

    I received an email letting me know my code will be emailed to me sometime around the 20th of Jan. There is still time for them to release before you should get worried.
