3 games (1 online, 2 disc). Not 1 played without an error...

I must say I am disappointed in my purchase of the Xbox One system. I have not purchased a game yet that has not encountered an issue. All the issues come with game ending glitches most likely coming from the downloading. Still can't play certain maps
in Forza and my kids Lego game is now just shutting off at certain points. O' I "fix" it with reinstalling it, just for it to happen somewhere else or stay the same. I'm a long time Xbox user, but I'm starting to reconsider this new system. I did finally
get Dead Rising to work correctly.. only took reinstalling it about 5 times which takes about a day each time. Maybe it's my internet (never had issues with it before)... any ideas before this new system replaces my boat anker? And I have talked with customer
support once about this issue when I first purchased the system... with each game the problem seems to remain.

And just got done reloading the Lego game (disc) for the kids and surprise... same issue. Good thing they still have the old xbox to play... cause the One is has proven to be not worth the effort so far.

 

Sorry to hear that you're having issues playing your games. Please go to Settings>Disc & Blue Ray then uncheck the box Enable BD Live to Improve Playback and then select Persistent Storage and clear it.

Then hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

If the issue persists after you restart the console you may need to send it in for repair.
