$3 for Titan Fall (my trade in story)

With the price you can get for selling back used games today, Grady, that would not have been surprising to me if it was true. It's something I took into consideration when I decided to go all digital - I decided that the selling prices simply weren't worth
the time and travel it would take for me to sell them in the 1st place.

I just traded in your most recent game South Park great game by the way I loved it. I put in 22 hours in the game trying to get most of the trophies/Achievments lots of farting LoL and when I was done yesterday I got 40$ the game has very little replay
value.

I would have never played it again so it was a great deal 40$ or nothing I will take the money.

 

Sure, but you're still losing out on $20 total & the longer you wait, the more you lose financially. For me, I'm not the kind of gamer who sits & completes an entire game in 1 sitting, let alone 1 week. I take my time, often coming back to it months after
release, where selling it back is really no longer a valid option. So, in that regard, it depends on the kind of player you are. What works for you, may not necessarily work for me.

 

I understand that I lost 20$ but I don't consider it a loss I spent 20$ for 22 hours of entertainment that's under a dollar a hour a fair price for a game with no replay.

Now considering the game is 3.6 GB and if you just do the main story and spead through it you could finish it in about 10 to 12 hours. 20 bucks is what it's worth not 60$. But when it's digital download your stuck with it.

And even old games can get a fair return in the same trip I traded in Godfather 2 that game will be 5 years old next month and got 6$ that's still 10% of the original retail price not bad.

 

Bestbuy had a special going last week where you got $45 for x1 games. I brought assassin creed from a guy off craigslist for $25 a few weeks ago played beat it and got $45 for it also toy r us had if u buy titanfall you get 50% off any other game

 

If you're happy with your purchase OP, that's all that matters. I went to get an evaluation of 20 360 games that I didn't play anymore (or had a free/cheaper digital version) to get the general idea of what they were worth these days and it came to $155
NZD minus $20 for the surfacing costs. I pretty much politely told them where to go and went on my own mission to sell them myself, which I did, making a little over double what they were offering me.
