    3 faulty one S'


    Hey all, im currently on my 3rd xbox one s which is also faulty and was wondering if anyone has had any similar experiences to me or any support from a microsoft employee.

    The first one was whisper quiet but there was a noise coming from the psu when turned off so got it replaced. The second had a rattling fan and so did the third. I really dont want to take it back to tesco again and microsoft offered to repair it but then
    im without a console for however long. Any ideas?

    Xbox randomly turns off

    your all wrong. its the faulty xbox S power bricks. their *** quality. and i've had to send mine off 2 or 3 times since i bought mine and another time i actually managed to find one and buy it. and mine has just shat itself again (reason why i am on here).

    Xbox one S faulty controller

    I brought an xbox one s about 3 weeks ago, the controller was working fine until about a week ago when the battery pack stopped working, any batteries I put in do not work in the remote no matter if they are fully charged or not.

    This is absurd as I have done nothing to the controller for this is happen could someone please assist me.

    Also if possible could I receive a call from xbox to talk this matter through and another problem I had today with the xbox live support

    There really is not a lot of options. You will either have to exchange it or send it in for repairs. If you registered the console you can get the repair process started here. account.microsoft.com/devices

    My bad experience with my xbox

    I would definitely recommend exchanging for a new One S or upgrade to a One X. Unfortunately, people just get unlucky sometimes and get faulty hardware. Personally, I've never had any issues with my One S.

    If you saw smoke it could have been a few different things. It might have been the power supply or it could have partially melted the fan or any number of other internal parts.
