3 disks are not working

I asked 2 months ago for help and i got none but now i am pissed because i just bought monster hunter world yesterday, played it for a couple of hours and went to sleep. I woke up this morning and now it wont work. What the f**k should i do

Xbox one disk drive not working

My Xbox one disk drive has not been working. I have tried he manual fix and restart fix that the support forums suggest yet nothing is working. If I insert a disk it makes a grinding noise and the disk only goes in 3/4 quarters in. Is there any
way to fix this without taking it in for repair?

Black ops 3 wont initialize

We have had our 1 and Black ops 3 since Christmas. We have never had any problems until recently. My son went to play and he got an error saying that we needed to insert disk. Well the disk had been in the entire time. For some reason when we put black ops 3 in it wont even recognize the disk. Madden16 and Deminsions both work just fine but our BO3 disk acts like its not even being read. Live is working good our internet is fine the disk itself has no scratches or smuges. I'm at a loss as to what we need to do. Please help, I deleted the game from the console to try and reinstall it but the game disk doesn't read at all.

What exactly is not working? What kind of error message are you getting when you attempt to launch the game? Have you tried a
power cycle to see if it helps run your game normally again?

For disc errors, you can take a look at the disc troubleshooting article
here. Worst case scenario, the disc drive is defective and the console will need to be sent in for repair.

You could also consider getting the digital version of the game if discs and repairs are too troublesome, assuming digitally purchased games work without issue on your console.

I am having the same issue with cod 3 & W at W says Install Disk ..all my other BC 360 Disks work fine

Okay then why the instillion disk on FORZA 3 worked on muy current flash drive?

I recently had this issue. I believe its the mechanism that grabs and feeds the disk into the drive. I think it's not pulling the disk completely into the drive where it can be properly set onto the spindle. Try this... When you put your disk into the xbox
immediately follow it with another disk. Only need to give it a small nudge with the second disk. You don't need to push hard with the second disk. Just a small push seems to work. So far it has worked but I have only done this 2-3 times so far.
