You can follow these simple steps:

1. Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/

2. Log in if you are not (right-top corner)

3. Go to " View Microsoft account"

4. In the blue ribbon at the top you will reach "Payment & Billing"

5. Get into Payment Options

and the you will be able to add you credit card to buy the game xbox.com

3 - None of the conditions that prevent account migration are applicable in my case.

4 - My XBOX Gold membership is a regular membership with recurring payment (30 days).

I have uploaded photos waiting 2 days 3 days, 4 days, 2 weeks. Nothing I can see about the photo that is inappropriate. It seems such a simple thing not to want to use the boring pics they have. It doesn't change right away. It says upload and wait for approval.
Then not only does it never change to the pic I chose I have no idea why it doesn't work and no one responds with a helpful answer if anyone responds at all. Telling me it SHOULD work is not a helpful response when you post on a forum.
