3 days now trying to play but cannot because always connection problem.....???

I have same problem from two days now...

I cannot play anymore with my Xbox because I cannot log in

it was random i turned it off didnt play for a couple of days and then my console was unplayable. and when i try to sign in it tells me i cannot connect to live but i tested my connection and it connected no problem

Normally you are right and you can use it the next day. But now it is already 3 days, and with sudoku i only get the wrong ad and cannot play sudoku now for 3 days,

HI GUYS! I JUST WANTED TO ASK YOU SOME ADVICE! SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH BUT I AM ITALIAN.

A FEW TIME AGO I ALWAYS HAD PROBLEM TO PLAY ONLINE WITH BATTLEFIELD 4 ON XBOX ONE, BECAUSE THE LAG WAS TOO HIGH AND I COULDN'T PLAY.SOMETIMES I COULD PLAY BUT IN THE 70% I COULDN'T PLAY. NOW, TWO DAYS AGO I BOUGHT COD BLACK OPS 3 AND THE FIRST HAS GONE WELL,
BUT SINCE YESTERDAY I'M ALWAYS HAVING TROUBLES PLAYING COD,BECAUSE WHEN I TRY TO PLAY THE PING GOES FROM 250 TO 400 AND BEYOND. SOMETIMES IS THE HOST THAT LAGS, BUT I HAVE WIRELESS LINE AND I THINK THAT THAT IS THE PROBLEM... BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT I HAVE
TO DO..NOW I'M WAITING AN ANSWER FROM MY PROVIDER BUT I CAN'T PLAY.
