3 Days and no explanation.

For the last three days, streaming movies and tv via xbox live has been a total disaster. My collection library was completely missing yesterday, today I couldn't watch more that 5-10 minutes before the app completely shut down, and the first day I could
not stream anything. Xbox live status has said the same thing since the 6th of November. "We are working real hard to get the system up and running" No one seems to know why this is happening. All I could hope for is an explanation for why. No chance
for that. I chatted with xbox support, talked to them on the phone, and check the website for updates. "We are working on it" is not an update. No one seems to know why xbox live is having these issues. Is it because there is a new interface coming to
xbox one on November 12th? Is it because of all the AAA game releases? Did the server building catch on fire? Did hackers compromise the system? Is it too much to ask why these things can't get fixed quickly? The system has no problem taking my money,
that side of things works perfect. How about you treat your customers with some respect, and let us know why we can't use the system that we paid for.

My Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE card was canceled. Why?

I did. Canceled five days ago by Microsoft with no explanation.
