    3 days and counting without XBox Live


    Can not connect to Xbox Live. Keeps telling me that I have "lost my connection."

    Ran the Network Connection Test, everything came out fine. Checked the online Xbox Live status update, and it says everything is up and running.

    I am in the United States and using a wired connection. Verizon Fios is my service provider.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    day 3 still cant get on microsoft bingo whats the problem

    3 days and counting why is the problem not fixed.

    Hi ParEnvelope9583! Generally, this error code appears when the game was purchased and downloaded by another family member, but that person is not signed in to the console, or the console is not connected correctly to Xbox Live;

    Read this: Error 0x803F8001 occurs when you launch an Xbox One game

    Alternatively the possible solutions are:

    1) Clearing the console cache;

    2) Uninstalling and reinstalling the game;

    3) Check available game updates;

    4) Check the console system update.
