3 day trial not working

Discus and support 3 day trial not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm still getting the same message telling me to upgrade to gold.     Any updates on this issue? I just got an xbox one and titanfall this week and was hoping to play it this weekend. Will we get credited with time since the codes were accepted?

    Your forum profile also says you are Silver, but that could be because it was a trial.

    Just so that this is not the issue: you should be aware that the trial codes only allow you to play online and do not give you access to some other Gold benefits.
