3 day trial not working

Entered a 3 day trial and a 48 hour trial yesterday both said confirmed but my xbox is still saying i need to upgrade to gold

14 DAY TRIAL NOT WORKING

Put in the code for my 14 day free Gold trial, and it worked for two days then stopped. Any idea why?

 

Your forum profile also says you are Silver, but that could be because it was a trial.

Just so that this is not the issue: you should be aware that the trial codes only allow you to play online and do not give you access to some other Gold benefits.

 

i have the same issue. i entered a 2 week trial a few days ago and when the update came out it seemed to just disappear. Also i entered a 2 day trial yesterday and it confirmed it but it's still saying that i need to upgrade to gold. Today i entered a 2
day trial because the Xbox Live Service Report said that the Purchase and Content Usage was up and running, but it just did the same thing.

Any updates on this issue? I just got an xbox one and titanfall this week and was hoping to play it this weekend. Will we get credited with time since the codes were accepted?

 

Can we get an update on this issue? are we going to be compensated?

 

This is getting pretty ridiculous. I bought titanfall over a week ago and haven't been able to play it because you require a gold membership. But I can't get my gold codes to activate. What a waste of money.

your support is utterly disgusting! I can't believe you would even suggest to call and inquire about compensation only to be on the phone for half an hour telling them my codes only for them to say "there is nothing we can do". You're services didn't work
correctly and you basically say bad luck, congratulations on wasting your trials for nothing.

 

Sc0tt Sauce, the reason why we say contact support for compensation is because we aren't able to provide that for you as forum support.

You are on the list of users that have been resolved. Since your trial codes were for 3 days and 48 hours, we're still working on that issue, as those have since run out when you posted. However, if you have a third code, you should be able to use that without
issue. If you do have that third code, please test it out for us so that I can confirm with the investigating team that you are resolved or still need to be sorted out.

We do appreciate your patience with us while we work on this! Please do report back your results.
