3 day comms suspension

It appears there's an issue with enforcement page/action and there's no way to confirm this as the page itself won't show the details of the enforcement.

I know it isn't ideal but what I can advise is that you hold on a few days until the issue is resolved so you can sign in and check the true status of your account on the enforcement page.

Also worthy of note is the fact that a 3 day ban cannot be appealed. So even if the enforcement page was working, you wouldn't still be able to appeal the ban.

thanks for taking the time, this second reply was more informative. Enforcement team and rules are an absolute joke, ridiculous decision and I wish I could complain against whoever made it. I guess the enforcement team thinks glorifying terrorism is ok and would rather act swiftly to protect the terrorism fan and prevent me from communicating with others. Wouldn't want those dangerous community members reporting violent content hurting the feelings of people who glorify 911... Thanks again, you have been the only support I received and this community is the only source of help i could find which is also ridiculous. Another reason to stop using xbox and microsoft products in general!

Hi Jesse, as mentioned, my enforcement page shows no actions taken against my profile. I am thus unaware as to why I was banned, how and if I can appeal, etc. My enforcement history is empty and the only information I can gather is from an xbox support notification and the email I received. Obviously the account in question reported my message as it is now deleted. How the hell do i get an instant ban for messaging a profile glorifying terrorism and the profile in question remains up with picture, gamer tag, and posts still open?!? Who can I contact since my enforcement page shows nothing? Why do I get a 3 day ban for messaging someone promoting terrorism? I would like to know who reviewed the report against me and made that decision while also deciding the person who thinks its ok to post using a gamer tag and pic that glorifies terrorism is fine.

That's where you'll see the type of ban, the duration and if you can appeal it. Support cannot assist with issues of bans or suspension.

I had a question about comms suspensions. I know it goes 1 day comms suspension, 7 day, 14 day. What happens after 14 days? Do they start to give you temporary service suspensions or do they go straight to a permaban after that?
