3 Day Ban on Enforcement Site but Xbox Says Permanent Ban... AND I AM NO LONGER BANNED!!!!!!

I was given a 3 day suspension in 1/11, that was due the expire on 1/14. At that time the enforcement site showed my suspension was served but my xbox was still telling me I was permanently banned.

UPDATE: AS OF 7:25PM U.S. CENTRAL TIME I AM NO LONGER BANNED!!!! I HAVE MY ACCOUNT BACK!!!!!!!

People, if your xbox is telling you that you are permanently banned while or after the enforcement site says otherwise, GIVE IT 4 OR SO DAYS AND YOU SHOULD BE GOOD TO GO LIKE I AM NOW.

As far as those claiming bans without enforcements posted on your live account, lean on the MS people for assistance. I at least wanted to give the people that were in my shoes, some relief.

COMM BANS ARE NOT WORTH IT. DON'T RISK YOUR ACCOUNTS EVER AGAIN... JUST BLOCK THEM AND MOVE ON.... OR REPORT THEM AND LET THEM LEARN THE SAME LESSON. : )~

I'm glad to see that your ban was resolved! The issue with the account bans seems to be resolved with time, needing to wait some days for it to fix itself. This applies to the other users that receive an account ban according to their Xbox, while on the Xbox Enforcement it doesn't mention any permanent ban. It seems that waiting a few days might fix the issue.

Console bans are also not 14 days. They are always permanent. Console bans also dont show up on the enforcement team site as they are not eligible for case reviews.

It's most likely not a permanent ban, but there is an issue with enforcement happening that is telling everyone who has been getting a suspension that they are permanently banned, but the ban won't show on the enforcement site. Until the enforcement site is fixed, it is not possible to get more information about the suspension.

it says that im not able to play xbox live because its a permanent temporary ban but this is what says Enforcement end date:July 16, 2020 3:25:20 AM.

So I’m not actually permanently banned right? The same thing is happening to me it was a 3 day ban and the next day after the ban should have been over I got permanent ban and locked out of my account. I can’t even submit and review on the enforcement website because the permanent ban don’t show up and the 3 day ban don’t show up either. I’m really worried about it
