Discus and support 3 controllers later... All defected in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I just want to express my frustration that all 3 of my xbox one controllers came with defects.     3 controllers later... All defected


    I just want to express my frustration that all 3 of my xbox one controllers came with defects. Scratches, defective thumb sticks and wiggling backplanes. I called xbox support and they informed me I had to pay to ship them back to them for a replacement.
    Each sony controller I have bought has not had any issues. Why won't Microsoft make this right?

    Defected Xbox??

    I have the Xbox 360 bundle pack that came with Fable 3.

    Every time i turn my Xbox on it and try to connect to xbox live, it tells me I can't connect so I have to go turn my modem off for 30 seconds, then turn my xbox back on and reconnect. I'm using the in-console wireless adaptor and I don't think it's my internet,
    because I always have full bars on my computer. Is this a defected Xbox? Do I need to send it in or can I fix it on my own? Any help is great! Thanks.

    RIGHT ANALOG STICK! DRIFTS UP!

    Can you try the controllers on a friend's XBOX to try to determine if it is bad controllers. Are all the controllers updated to the latest firmware?

    Are they day one? Those break quick. I hope ms improve the quality of the controllers,mine is fine but my friends is really bad the shell isn't on straight or something.

    Ive gone through 4 of these controllers and they all have a defect, one with connectivity and the other 3 with stick drift... losing patience.

    Thanks for the link. I tried it but didn't work. I was hoping that would be the answer because I bought 3 of the same controllers, in different colors, they are all brand new and it is happening with all 3. It would seem strange that they would all have the same defect. If you could think of anything else, I would greatly appreciate your help.

    Xbox controller Elite series 2 disconnecting issues

    We need to organize everyone in all the forums that are having the same issues and try to make a class action lawsuit against Microsoft for selling defective controllers to its consumers and not getting the proper solution to solve the issues. I refuse
    to buy another elite series 2 this controller is 3 times the price of a regular controller and it's worst than the cheaper regular controller and the series 1.
