3 consoles in 1 home to share games?

As stated above, the
Home Xbox feature, only allows you to configure one console at a time. This means that only one other console can share the games, Xbox subscriptions and most DLCs on one console. This works because the user that configured the console as the Home Xbox
just needs to sign in to his account while being connected to the internet to be able to play his games and use his subscriptions.

Yes, you can change the Home Xbox at any time but know you are limited to only a few switches a year. In addition to this Customer support can’t offer additional switches. If you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and you need assistance,
select Help when you see the message Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception.

You can always purchase the game digitally on the account of your child that is not set-up as the Home Xbox.

As far as im aware its a case of setup one console as home xbox and as long as game owner is logged in you can share on any console but you are limited to 2 users at a time so for example you sign in on home console and can play then home console owner
can login on another console

We downloaded a game on what we think is the home Xbox ( my 17 yr old’s console) however when we go to family sharing and try to add one of my other sons it is not allowing us to do so. currently it showing that no one is added there

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to set this up. I can totally understand how this could be confusing. I suggest having the twins share with each other and purchasing the subscription through their siblings account.

That should enable them all to play together.
