3 brand new headsets just stopped working out of the blue..wtf MS

I bought the xbox1 MS stereo headset for like 80$ not even 6 months ago, used it everyday worked great for a few months and Im sitting here in party chat talking to a buddy of mine and my younger brother joins the p chat, and all of a sudden the mic just
stops working,i can hear my friends talking i can hear ingame volume but no one can hear me.. i tried doing everything possible, reseting,updating all the b.s..so i plugged in my original xbox one factory headset, perfect condition i might add for both of
em..i can talk but i cant hear anyone..it doesnt want to work either now all of a sudden. so i say fk it and go out and buy a brand new mic and brand new controller 100$ later..i get home it works great..1 month later..the new headset just stops working..the
mute light lights up and the light wont turn off..i update it again and again after the 3rd forced update..the mute light turns off, i can talk but i cant hear any one..why why whyyyy is this happening..do you people that we make rich even care..where is there
checks and balances in this gaming industry and world..i doubt anyone will even read this and im so lazy i never write on forums this should give u a little idea of how frustrating this is..it makes me want to hurt people..for the love of god..do something..make
an update take care of your customers..ive looked at 30 vids on youtube and countless forums and posts on here talking about the same problem and for years now nothing has changed im so sick of it

XBox One Chat issue, cant hear others in party audio nor can they hear me.

I went out and bought a brand new controller and after about 20min the headset chat audio stopped working so it's not the controllers.

Ok I can not get the xbox to change the channel from the guide or by voice but if I just hit the channel up it works. Now the funny thing is it has been working fine till today. Nothing at all has changed so I did try to delete the box and re enter it and
it changes the channel when I programmed it but still the thing won't work by voice or from the guide.

 

Having low durable products that needs replacement frequency is how they make money. You should put effort into writing your text seriously if you want them to put their effort to take you seriously.
