3 achievements not unlocking in Destiny - Xbox one

Bane of the Emperor, Lucky 7s, Decryptologist, those are the 3 i cannot unlock.

Bane of the Emperor i have done over and over and over and over again, it wont unlock.. i know what to do, i have done it properly, it wont unlock.

Lucky 7s requires me to attain a Grimoire score of 777, im above 777 now, reaching that number a while back.. i should have it.

Decryptologist requires me to decrypt 25 engrams, i have decrypted probably about 100 of them.. still dont have this one either

i contacted xbox support about this issue several weeks ago.. for some reason i still dont have these achievements, please unlock these 3 for me as i have properly done them already and earned them and should already have them.

Destiny Achievements Unlocked from Xbox 360 to Xbox One improperly and unwanted.

Hi, The achievements unlocking like they did is by design on Destiny, as everything you do on the Xbox 360 continues on the Xbox One, and vice versa. The Xbox One version sometimes has issues unlocking achievements, what you have to do to get them to unlock,
is log out of Destiny and then log back in again, that should unlock them for you.

 

Achievements not unlocking

Multiple achievments on several games aren't unlocking. I've done a hard reset and nothing. The only time my xbox registered my achievements as when Destiny crashed. And I'm missing the Epic Raider from Destiny, and 3 from Fallout 4.

 

also i forgot to add this.. i have already done all troubleshooting steps and i have already filled out the survey.. its all upto you guys now.. i have done all my parts to solve this problem

Glad to see that you've already reached out to official support and filled out the survey. Got a question for ya before we immediately start assuming anything here:

- If you go to the Achievements app on your console, what status are these achievements showing for?

-- If they are showing as less that 100% or not even showing as "Done! Unlocking..." then the survey may not be best for this issue.

For Achievement issues, sometimes I like to go and reference True Achievements. They have a lot of good information from the community on how to earn these achievements effectively for the achievement hunters in us all.

im unable to log into true achievements website due to not remembering the email i used for that site or my password, making it impossible for me to log in or recover my password, so that site is kinda dead to me now unless someone with authority on that
site can reset my password and email for me. but to answer your question, on my xbox one console when i go into my achievements and look at those 3 that im having trouble with, all of them are at 0%, not even partially unlocked, and even while im in the progress
of doing the achievements they dont show the progress and they also do not unlock, i have carefully read all 3 achievements, i know what to do for all of them, i have even looked up how to get them all, ive done everything correctly, i still cant get them,
and i should already have them. please just unlock those 3 for me, they must be bugged or something.

 

Oh you don't need to sign in to view those achievements, though. You can still view comments and tips for every achievement without signing in. Able to check them out?

If all three of these achievements aren't tracking at all, you either haven't met the requirements while in online mode with this console, or something is up with your network, causing the console to be unable to sync the achievements to the Cloud. The survey
wouldn't be really appropriate for 0% on achievements, unfortunately.

What are you detailed network statistics showing? They're found at settings>network>detailed network statistics.

 

network is perfectly fine and i can guarantee you that i did them correctly, looked up how to do them and everything.. and now i also cant unlock the par time achievements in halo MCC on xbox one too.. i have a screenshot on my profile as proof too, beat
the par time several times and its not unlocking. as for the destiny achievements, you guys owe me them. i did them correctly, i didnt get them. simple as that. no connection issues at all, and in settings>network>detailed network statistics it shows the following:

Download speed: 13.15 mbps

upload speed: 1.75 mbps

packet loss: 0%

MTU: 1480

Latency: 114 ms

wireless strength: 100%

 

Okay, are you able to try a wired connection?

Once you've done that, please try a full power cycle of the console
support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console and see if that helps with either making the progress actually track, or see if you can earn an achievement again and it work this time.

 

OMG!!! yes i have tried that already.. this just seems like a waste of time right now.. and for one of those achievements i need a Grimoire score of 777... im above it now.. please tell me how to lower that score so i can reach 777 again, cuz i dont know
how to do that.. im past the point of earning that achievement.. i should already have it.. and the others i have tried to get repeatedly in every type of situation i can think of wired and wireless, in a different house and my own, i can earn other achievements
but not these ones.. so please just stop wasting my time with this post, i earned the achievements, just give me them.. im not asking for all of the achievements in the game or anything, just the 3 that i rightfully earned and didnt get. ive been dealing with
xbox support for nearly a god *** month now for this one *** issue.. im getting really *** off.

 

Had the same problem with Flawless Raider. I had to log out of my account on the XBox console and then log back in. The Achievement was then completed. No idea why. You may have tried this, but if not, it's worth a shot. Good luck!

 

I'm not official support, so I would have no way of handing you an achievement. I do not believe that is within the power of Xbox Support, either, though. There is no way to remove achievements/Gamerscore, either.

If you still tried the achievements again with a wired connection, to clarify, are you seeing the issue only with earning it on this console? Have you tried another profile on this console? It may be something tied to the console, in which case a factory
restore may be a good final step here before attempting these achievements again.

you guys just dont get it.. i have tried everything.. been dealing with this issue for a while now and it seems like the only people who might be able to help me (you guys), apparently cant help me at all.. such a waste of time.. what kind of support team
cant even fix an issue like this.. ive done a factory reset on my console 3 times already since getting it, so that doesnt work forsure... i refuse to do it again. i have tried everything your listing and lots more that others have listed.. i *** give up

 

i guess ill just never ever ever be able to unlock these achievements... thanks alot for nothing

If you've also tried a factory restore of the console, then it might be best to reach out to official Xbox Support for further help here, because the issue appears to lie with more than just not getting unlocked achievements, but the console just simply
not tracking any progress.

Either official support may be best to respond here, or you can try reaching out at chat or phone.
