    We have been getting messages that some games dont have enough save space and can't run. We have 3.5 TB (terabytes, with internal and external hard drives) of space free.

    What am i missing here?

    We have done the reset with keeping games this morning. We got everyone's accounts loaded back up but my husband's minecraft is still having issues. Now it wont sync his data.

    Hi there,

    You can check if you are in offline mode or not by going into Settings>Network>Network settings and you will see the mode you are in and whether or not you are connected to Xbox Live.

    If you confirm that you are connected to Xbox Live and online, I recommend doing what is called a

    soft factory reset    . You will need your account info to re-add the profile during the reset but nothing will be lost if you were indeed online during your gameplay so that everything was backed up to the cloud. Just make sure to select keep my games and
    apps and have your network password available as well.

    I would try a power cycle first off, but it sounds like possibly you may have filled your internal and its not sending anything new to the external.

    Toatal free space in interal hard drive 70.6% (2.57GB). Total free space on external drive 91.4%(3.3TB).
