3-4 seconds black screen.

So every shooter games I own like Fallout 4, Battlefield 2042, Cyberpunk 2077, Destroy All Humans!, Generation Zero, Halo:The Master Chief Collection, and Ace combat 7: Skies Unknown. All those games have the same issues since last week July 29. Every time I shoot with a weapon or take damage from a enemy, or a cutscenes appear. The whole tv would shut it self off for 3-4 seconds then turns itself on every time I take damage from a enemy or shoot with a weapon. Also with YouTube, Movies & Tv, Prime Video US, and Netflix. I have follow every steps in Xbox assist to restarting the console, to un-installed and re-installed games, aligning tv settings to Xbox performance, to changing HDMI cables, to changing TVs, to restartting console to factory reset mode. Yet the issue is never been solved or fixed. Yet my non shooter games like Fall Guys and Multi-Versus has no problems like the shooter games and works well. I had this Xbox series x since January of this year and I really don't want to spend another $500-$800 to get another console. So I am all out of options, what do I do? Please help save my wallet.

That offline update $SystemUpdate file i download and put it in my new empty flash drive made it unable to open the drive in my PC and the offline system update in the xbox home in the next step won't let me select it. And I don't have any other drives to help me. The drive i was using is new 1 TB.

In case you didn't try it, could be nice perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.
For this you need a USB and PC to format it and transfer files provided in the link below (with steps):

Did you formatted the flash drive as NTFS?

If you're not able to see it on File Explorer, go to Disk management and format the drive there.

Don't forget to paste the files and folders in the root of the drive

Hello! I'm a Xbox Ambassador and gamer. I'll be happy to help on your case.

This is usually because of a problem with your graphics card driver. However, it might also be indicative of a graphics card fault, and since most video games require a GPU to run.

I'm not a hardware expert, but I would recommend you to do a system check (if the console has a self-checking program) or bring it to a local Microsoft shop, and have an expert to check it.

It might also be a problem on the console's software, as FPS games usually use more GPU than normal games. Try lowering the details of the game.
