    Hi,

    i ordered 3+3 months 24 hours ago but I only got 3 live gold and not the promised 6 months.

    The condition said payment by CC but I have paid by Paypal because, the system took the PP account automatically.

    How do I get the 3 months, or how to cancel the purchase?

    From 15th of January the promotion when you buy 3 months of gold membership and get 3 months of gold free is up. So I want to ask is this promotion region restricted? do I get 3 months free if I buy 3 month gold subscription? I live in Czech republic

    Hi There, are you certain it was 3 months gamepass ultimate and not just gamepass or Xbox Llive Gold? If you convert 3 months of gamepass or Xbox Live gold to ultimate it is only 2 months of ultimate and not 3.

    If you bought 1 month of gold, and you have anout 3 weeks left. Then buy 1 month of Ultimate. The remaining 3 weeks of Gold is converted to Ultimate as well since Ultimate includes Gold giving you 1 month and 3 weeks of Ultimate.
