    I have purchased 3+3 months live gold membership in may, but I only got 3 months live gold membership (when i've puechased it said they will send me an another code for the next 3 months), not the promised 6 months. Today the 3 months will expire and I want
    to know when do i get the code for the another 3 months?

    Purchasing An Xbox Live Gold Membership

    Have you purchased an Xbox Live Gold membership? If so, how much time did you pay for - a month, 3 months, or a year? Did you buy a family membership? I wish we would bought the family membership now, since we have 3 people who all want separate gold accounts and only 1 of them currently has one. It would have been so much cheaper than buying 3 separate accounts!!

    Has anyone heard that Xbox live will be making free games available in 2014 for those of you who have a gold membership? It actually sounds pretty enticing. I don't currently have a gold membership but this offer almost makes me want to fork out the extra money. Especially the games that have been announced Halo 3, Assassins Creed 2, Fable 3 and more. I think that it sounds like a pretty good deal, and will most likely make a lot more people buy a gold membership. What do you think about he announcement? And if you don't already have a Gold membership will this announcement make you get one?

    I would have to recommend you reach out to Offical Xbox Support to help resolve this. You can reach them at support.xbox.com/contact-us Alternatively you could also find ways to reach out at account.microsoft.com if you click on Payments & Billing > Order
    History, find the purchase on your account and then click "Get order help" under it. That will get you options to contact with the billing department to discuss there.

    No I kind of agree. I paid $24.99 for a 3 month xbox live gold membership, I played it for a month and a half, and didn't play for a while after that. 2 or 3 months later when I go to play online, its says my gold membership ran out. Its *** up that they
    charge you when you're not even using your xbox. I payed for 3 months of gold, only used 1 and a half, and even when I wasn't playing they were taking time off my membership. They should only charge and deduct your membership when you are playing. I bought
    3 months of gold membership, I deserve 3 months of gold membership. So time of the xbox gold membership should only be taken off when you're logged in.
