2x 1 month prepaid

I bought a 2x 1 month prepaid xbox live code about 30 minutes ago and it's not letting me redeem it. PLZ fix it

Prepaid 1 month code

I was sent out a 1 month xbox live membership code, and unfortunately the email was deleted and I never got to use the code. The code was for (as I remember) being a valued member of xbox live. I was wondering if it is possible to have the email resent or
another code etc. any help with this issue would be hugely appreciated

Hi, as far as I'm aware I don't think you'll be able to have a new code sent to you if you've deleted the it. Have you looked in your trash folder within your email because usually emails don't get deleted permanently from the inbox. If it's not there, I
don't think you'll be able to have it resent.

Check your Xbox Live subscription at https://account.microsoft.com/services and see if it maybe went through and Xbox just encountered an error.

Also, check your billing information and make sure there aren't any issues at http://billing.microsoft.com. If it still doesn't work while redeeming on Xbox, try redeeming it on the website at
https://redeem.microsoft.com/enter?ref=xboxcom. Make sure that your console, code and region all match.

If none of that works, contact Xbox support via phone or Support Chat at Contact Us | Xbox Support.

There's not a subscription for a 1 year or a prepaid card for a 1 year. You could buy a 1 year Gold prepaid card then add 1 month of Ultimate (which will convert the 12 months to Ultimate) and save a little bit.

It goes towards ultimate as an upgrade at 3/2 ratio

4months of ultimate for every 12 months of gold

You missed out on the 1/1 ratio I did it for years 2x infect

I call then and they block my account for 1 month, i'll not able to use my prepaid card for 1 freak month!
