2Wire (Modems/Gateways): xbox one profile crach

My xbox one logged out of my microsoft account and deleted all contents of my account. When I try and log in, it says that the account does not exist. All of the email and password are correct. This is a problem as i had xbox live for three months and 2X 3.5 miles in gta. therefore had to create a new user. This is one thing I hope you understand that I'm being annoyed and hope you will freak in and preferably return all of the values that were in the account.

hey guys i need help i accidently formatted my xbox 360 hard drive not knowing what it would and lost my profile i tried to download it back but i did email wrong when i registered but it somehow worked and know it says it wring when i enter it in to download
