Thanks, but I tried those and they didn't work. The problem is not that I can't connect to my Xbox account, it's that the games for some reason can't sync to it.

There is no option?, Really, I mean is really strange that I'm asking for my data, that you surely have, even if you don't let the Xbox app or account sync with the game, and you still say no we don't have we won't send it. I mean it isn't like I'm in my right to ask for this, right.

Also, it can't re-sync, as the option to sync the Xbox account, not the Microsoft account, isn't in the game, it disappeared and hasn't been there for quite some time. It just isn't there. No button, no slide, no even a miserable link to connect it.

Having a similar issue myself. Recently got 20th anniversary controller. My son changed the batteries and it won't work now. It'll turn on the console but won't control anything.

I synced it with my phone and it works. After that, I re-synced it with the console. It appears to sync, but no functionality. Won't show up as a connected device either.

Update: I just got it to work. Multiple re-sync attempts and leaving the console unplugged for about ten min.

I can't seem to be able to sync my xbox live account to my playfire one.

I tried the fix that says to delete the local saved games and let the game sync but it won't finich syncing. The furthest I've gotten is 97% and it drops out saying it can't sync to the cloud. Patience is wearing thin lol.
