    i bought xbox live gold for 1 month.. but can't play call of dudy black ops on xbox live.. why???.. its says.......The current profile is not allowed to play on xbox live

    I just made an account for the free gold month trial and when I try to play live on call of duty mw3, it says the current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live. Please help!

    I have exactly the same problem. I try to access multiplayer, but I get a little window that says that "this current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live".

    I have never been banned and my gold membership is valid for at least a month.

    Thanks for the help... I checked that & it says 'Gold - 1 month - enabled' ... it's allowing me to use Youtube, 4od, BBC Iplayer ect, just not play games for some reason.
