    since ive had my Xbox one, Since christmas i havent been able to send any messages to anyone.

    Can't Send Messages, Please Help.

    I tried sending messages to people but I can't send messages to anyone I am not banned/suspended and my account is verified. I have tried sending a message on the app and that hasn't worked either, I just got my xbox on Christmas so I don't know what to
