It means that YOUR CONSOLE HAS BEEN BANNED FROM PLAYING GAMES AND IF YOU TRY TO AVADE THE BAN YOU GET RED RINGED.

case review :

If this resolved the issue verify the answer and then mark your support thread answered and if this doesn't answer your thread then please let of know what your attempted and any other details that you might have said in your original post.

 

The only thing you can do right now is file for a review of that ban case if you are eligible. We can't do anything here to help you.
