2Wire: Can't sign in to watch my movies

i can't watch movie on my xbox from my flash drive

This is a code I received on my Xbox One, 0xc3360001 and states, "Can't play - To play this, we need to confirm usage rights. Please sign in with the Microsoft account were using when you bought it."

I purchased movies, not rented, using my Xbox360. I then attempt to watch the movie on my Xbox One console and receive the message above. I signed in on Xbox360 to see if would show on my Xbox One console..no luck.

It appears I can watch my other movies I have purchased prior to last week on my 2 consoles and even my laptop. Just not the three movies. Yes I restarted both my consoles and they are updated.

Please help.

Does it give you to option to buy again? Or are they gone gone

I typed to watch my movies that I purchased an these no movies there at all, an I have 20 movies that I purchased. What is going on with that? An I can't even purchased a movie at all, it keeps say error on it?

I'm not able to do anything. Live won't allow me to sign in, and when it does 10 minutes later my sign in state changes. I can't stream my hulu or my crunchy roll shows, or play KI or TitanFall. I can't even watch movies, so I literally can not use my $400
dollar xbox one at all. And it has been like that since christmas

I had the same problem and after a few hours of chatting with billing and tech support, apparently the file is corrupt and will not play. You can chat with billing and after a while they will concede and refund the money. The error code simply means the
file is corrupt and unplayable.
