    2Wire: Alphajax Won't recognize my Wi-Fi


    2Wire (Modems/Gateways): Alphajax Won't recognize my Wi-Fi
    Alphajax, upon pulling it up, says I must have an internet connection. Well, duh, I do and it is strong as can be. Why is it telling me this.

    Plus I have created 3 games with other folks and no one has responded back. I think this is because of what it says about having an internet connection.

    What to do? I want to play Alphajax.

    Can't connect to Xbox Live on my One

    Won't connect to the Xbox Live through Wi-Fi or ethernet. All other devices connect to the network through LAN and Wi-Fi. My 360 on the same network connects just fine. Ethernet connection verified to work by connecting a computer. it recognizes that there's
    a "wired" connection in network settings. If I set up wireless connection it recognizes my network. Tried adding to my list of devices on the router but received message "IP address not recognized". Not sure what else to try?

    xbox when turns on makes my internet crash please help

    ok every time i connect to xbox live (wi-fi built in) it makes my internet or router go off i have att 2wire router it only goes back on when i turn the xbox off or disconnect the wi fi from the xbox please help

    If you are attempting to connect to wi-fi, you need the password for that wi-fi. If you are trying to connect to wi-fi that is not password protected, you need to have access to the modem itself, as you need to reset the modem or the xbox will not recognize
    it.

    Your router won't allow a device to connect to it's Wi-Fi unless the password is entered.

    Are you saying the Wi-Fi password contains more characters than the XB1 entry box allows?

    My Xbox series x keeps randomly disconnecting from the internet.

    At the back of your router there's a tiny hole you can press using a ball pen for 5 sec to factory reset it. Please note that after a factory reset, you will have to connect to your network using the default Wi-Fi SSID or name and Wi-Fi password indicated at the back of your router or manual.

    Yes, Wi-Fi has to deal with software but it's a hardware just like bluetooth. A device won't be able to support Wi-Fi if there's no hardware for Wi-Fi or wireless connectivity or let's simply put it as a wireless card.

    So are you using your internal wi-fi or your hooked up to your laptop to connect? If there is a webpage to use then the internal wi-fi adapter won't be able to do that as that xbox cannot access webpages
