No worries you came to the right place topic-wise! I am sorry first that your link did not go to the correct page.

When I have had issues before with this I have done several steps:

1. Hard restart your xbox, sometimes the whole wifi thing gets hung up. A quick turn off, unplug your xbox for 30 seconds, plugging it back in and restarting it might solve your wifi issues

2. If this doesn't work you can try doing a wired connection directly to the modem, starting up your xbox, test to see the internet is working. Unplug your xbox and try to connect wirelessly to it again, sometimes the router will understand the Xbox 's imprint
(lack of better word)

3. Finally if all this doesnt work and this has happened to me before, I have had to go in and change security settings directly on my modem, this is vendor specific and there are plenty of helpful tutorials for each one out there on the internet to walk
you through navigating its security protocols.
