    Is this occurrence only with this one game?

    One suggestion, try to restart the console.

    This process is done by:

    1. Pressing the Xbox button on the controller
    2. Scrolling right to System in the guide menu
    3. And then selecting Restart console
    4. Confirm the restart
    Try following this I need help with my Xbox One network connection article as well.
