2Wire (Modems/Gateways): 0x80a40019 error for 4th day from march 16 2017 ?
i dont think anobody here can help me, im just frustrated with this and need to vent (till ms fix this)

i have had 2 xbox one with the same error for 4 days now

"there was a problem, and we could not continue. (0x80a40019)

i have tried the ms
help which has left me with a beautiful white xbox 1 with no profile after a hard reset and cannot connect to redown my profile?

my other xb1 has my profile on but wont login and bounces me about the login stuff again with error (0x80a40019)

this is very sad ms.

will i be compensated for this ?

it is clearly not a fault on my end, having had a COUPLE of long conversations on the phone with virgin media (costs £'s) and everything is working perfectly ... except my xbox one's ?!

both my xbox 360's work online STILL without problems ...

i can see on
downdetector my area is in orange (uk) but my pals are not a mile from me and not a problem

-iv reset everything and am still no closer to fixing your problem ...

please if you feel the need to tell me i need to long press home/clear persistant storage/clear mac address/,,, its a waste of mine and your time

I have money missing on my account and I just recently purchased $25.00 downloadable gift card (March 16 ,2017), but it was not added to the $6.38 I had on my account it just disappeared and all I got
was the $25.00 added and my original balances was gone. I also rent Jason Bourne movie March 16, 2017 and I cannot finish it and I had only 4 hours left on it.
