2TB Xbox One S shutting off after closing games

This didn't start happening right away but recently my xbox keeps shutting off or restarting. I plugged it directly to the wall and it still shuts off every time I quit a game that's crashed. it just happened to me after I changed my batterlies and had my
Madden freeze. i could dashboard but my game crashed. Right after I quit and opened Madden back up. My console shut off.

Whats Microsoft saying about this??

I have a Xbox one s 2tb and it's giving me a headache I can't start my games in peace without getting the error. Even after I restart it, (it will play the game then) but as soon as a quit that game I can't start another without restarting the console or
completely shutting it down (remove power cable).... Is there any way I can fix this...MICROSOFT HELP IS NEEDED URGENTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Xbox One S bundle with free game

I have an Xbox one S 2tb, this one doesn't bring any free game, I'm just wanna make sure if I can apply on this offer/free game

 

Few questions:

1) Is your system plugged into a surge protector? You can't do that with the XBox One S

2) Madden requires a constant internet connection so the game may quit out on you if you lose it.

3) Are you on the latest dashboard beta or the public beta? The dashboard beta has fixed my crashing problems so far *knock on wood*.

4) Have you tried unplugging the system for awhile and trying other games? Have you re-installed Madden?

 

Rediculous. There is no excuse for problems like this. None. Get it together Microsoft.

2) I haven't been getting disconnected. If My game freezes and I quit, my xbox turns off. I've tried to quit Madden and quickly open other games and it doesn't seem to restart because of that anymore. Also, Madden crashed because I changed batteries mid
game and wouldn't recognize my control afterwards. But my xbox still let me dashboard and close. That's when it restarted. And that was just yesterday.

3) I'm not sure what version I'm running but it didn't have any new update to download.

4) Haven't reinstalled Madden but I have done the power drain already.

 

Do Microsoft employees ever comment on issues in their forums?

 

Other people who have had this issue do not have problems in the beta dashboard. My topic was closed and was told to question in the beta dash forum if I had more problems. I've had 0 problems since.

It looks like your going to need to factory reset again, then hope they push a new update/get in the beta dashboard.

If that doesn't work, the next thing I would recommend is
uninstalling Madden NFL 17, power cycling, then reinstalling the game and seeing if the issue persists. If the issue persists after both of those, the next thing to try is to

factory reset your console using the "keep my games and apps" option.

Give all that a shot and keep us posted on how it goes!
