2red bar only when play games

xbox will come on and play any apps. but as soon as i play game or downloaded game xbox goes two red bars. it is not over heating and not dirty any answer

Only one bar when I play MW3

I've reset my xbox wireless adapter, reset my modem, reset my xbox to factory settings, checked with my ISP and I get random things going on with my XBOX live account. Sometimes I will be able to sign on to XBOX live without any problems and when I sign
on and ply MW3 I only have 1 bar of connection, (this is after I just ran a test and it informs me that I have full bars). Other times, I wouldnt be able to sign on to XBOX Live, but when I check on the website, it says that Live is up and running. please
help, this is EXTREMELY frustrating.

HI

ok if you have two red lights and your xbox space is clutter free then you need to have it cool down for a while, but then if it still happens you need to send it in

but if it is in a clutterd area then move the space away from the xbox and power cord and then try playing if it still has the problem then you will have to send it in

Thanks Alot,

We play on wireless connections, no cords. They (splitscreened) start the game, I join their game. When the lagging starts, it's only me that lags, they play on with four bars. Maybe I should hook the ethernets back on....

If I start the game, then the whole game will lag, and eventually connection will be lost.

Played last night and it happens on live too. One guy in the lobby started with four green bars, at level 18 when the game ended he only had two yellow bars. In the same game, my bars were bouncing from three green to one orange and back and forth.

And I uninstalled the Fornite app and re install back and steel the same, the only button that works is the center with the X logo and opens the game bar but when I go to the game to play nothing works

I don't think I have cross play on but I only sign in the XBox Live when a game asks for it, I have not linked it in Steam nor do I use the Xbox Game Bar.
