    I Purchased an xboxone when released which died and would not power on. I purchased a new one a little over a year ago which died last night. It will not power on. I shut down the unit and went to power it on an hour later and couldn't. Both Kinect units
    died too shortly after purchase. Both units have more than adequate airflow and I am tired of replacing consoles from Microsoft. Every version of the Xbox which I purchased had the same issues and I must be an idiot to purchase these consoles. Is anyone aware
    of any class action suites that are out there in regards to these consoles? I have also owned every ps console since release and they all still function to this day. I am not a fan boy but this is sickening to me that I have to keep replacing these consoles.

    Orange light(XboxOne)...
    My power brick has had a orange light for the past 2 days. I've tried disconnecting everything and nothing happend. There were no power outages so that is not the issue. I need help for this issue.

  3. I'm beyond frustrated...

    I haven't been able to get online in a few days. When i power on my XboxOne, nothing happens. Black screen and i have an LG tv and it says "NO SIGNAL. " I'm really pissed and frustrated. I've tried everything from trying different HDMI ports in my tv to
    trying to use a different HDMI cord. NOTHING. I even tried connecting my XboxOne to another tv in my house and NOTHING. Gives me the same error message as before: "NO SIGNAL." My XboxOne has recently been doing some updates and I'm hoping that is what causing
    the problem. I purchased my XboxOne brand new... not pre-owned. Please help. This is VERY frustrating and makes me VERY pissed that i can't use my XboxOne.

    I have to say that our experiences differ regarding xbox console (I still own my original xbox console still in working condition, my 360 fat boy still reads discs like a dream and my xbox one is an elite machine that I use as gaming center and home theater)
    and that usually comes from the way the console is maintained.

    In case of console issues (which are caused most of the time by the placement or the constant moving of the console) you have the possibility to file for repairs:

    support.xbox.com/.../getting-your-product-serviced

    My advice is to keep your console clean and handle it properly to extend its use.

  5. Thank you for the reply. I am a software engineer by trade and always keep any of my equipment clean and understand the importance of air flow. I can't believe I am the only one having issues. I have owned a total of nine consoles through the years which
    ALL have died. My home is air conditioned and my hardware is well taken care of. My ms days I think have come to an end. Thx again for the help.

    xbox one has just died

    Hey, no the power brick was well ventilated and on a desk, seems the xboxone itself has died. Did a live chat with support and they are sending me a new unit. It is apparently a known fault. I haven't seen anybody else with it online tho.

    Sorry to hear it. Sounds like the power brick for the 360 has died and you should replace it. You can purchase a new one from the repair page.
