2nd Xbox one controller with wireless adapter

I have two Xbox one controller and the wireless adapter. Both controller are updated and the driver of the adapter is updated too.

Both controllers find the wireless adapter but only the first works correctly. The second is detected as a controller but it doesn't work.

My PC is a Windows 10 64 bits.

Any idea?

I bought a xbox-one elite controller and wireless adapter for him. I also have an older wireless controller xbox 360 that I want to use it in pair with the new one, but fail to connect, i dont know if the 360 wireless controller work with xbox-one wireless

Could you clarify what you mean by "doesn't work"? Which application/game? Where both paired and connected? etc.

As soon as you disconnect #1, #2 starts working immediatelly.

 

MS voice support confirmed, during very long call, theirs system with same configuration (two controllers) doesn't work either.

Also, when I disconnect any of them, the other starts to work.

 

Since adapter doesn't require any configuration, there is not so many places for user mistakes.

Issue looks like driver bug.

How to check if MS is going to fix it?

Is there any way to report a driver/Windows bug and have tracking possibility?

I have got an asus z170m-plus with an Intel I5 6600k

 

I'm having the exact same problem and can't find an answer anywhere: two Xbox one controllers all synced up to the wireless adapter, devoted by the PC and steam, even vibrates when tested on steam, but the second controller does absolutely nothing.

My motherboard is an Asus PRO GAMING Z170I Mini ITX

 

Still waiting for Xbox support to get back to me on this issue. I think they have pretty much blanked me now. If anyone from Microsoft reads this, please get in touch. I find it hard to believe no one has a solution to this.
