    Okay well this all started 2 days ago I tried to play battlefield 4 and when i joined a server it wouldnt let me move sop i left joined another server and the same thing happened so i thought maybe it was the battlefield servers since i could still talk
    to my friends and use netflix and other apps that require internet then i went to play fifa and the same thing happened it showed my latency was only one red bar when usually its 3 green bars and as soon as id join the game id lose connection and so i went
    to black ops 2 and i couldnt even join a lobby even though it said my NAT type was open. ive called my internet service provider and everythings normal there reset my router about 20 times and punched a hole through my door can somebody please help me out
    here oh and my connection to the wifi is 5 bars but when i join a game its 1 bar

    I have the new dashboard and DO NOT LIKE it at all is there a way to change back to the old one??

    Let me start by saying I'm not a part of xbox support. I'm just another gamer who is experiencing disconnection issues probably caused by microsoft. So my question is, are you having any type of random disconnection from xbox live? Or are you able to connect
    to lobbies in let's say BO2 and then play with lag or no lag?

    Hi, You tried to restore your settings back to default ?

    (Go to Xbox Network Settings and select Configure Network. Select the Additional settings tab and Restore network settings to factory defaults. )

    and also try:

    1.Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

    2.Select Storage or Memory.

    3.Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.

    4.Select Clear System Cache.

    Repeat this process, few times in row.

    Also, what kind of Xbox do you have ? 360S ? or the older types with external wifi dongle? (whitle or black ?)

    You only have the option to open a case review if the ban is still active as they have removed the ban on my messages it no longer gives me the option to open a case review so because the messed up and didn't remove the ban on party chat too I have no way
    to open a case to get them to correct it
