2nd message today (please respond before my lawyer gets invovled)

I wrote earlier about missing credits of over 140,000 since 2014 that have not been deposited to my account. I waited all day and have not gotten a response. So in the meantime, i dug through the forum and i noticed that this is a common experience between
Xbox and my fellow gamer's. In ten minutes i found 20+ people claiming similar issues. So if Xbox is going to tell us if we spend money, we will be rewarded and then not following through, why are they taking our money? I would strongly suggest that you look
into this and give people what they've earned and deserve, or by the looks of it, it wont be hard to get enough people to file a lawsuit! I have a 7 page print out of credits that xbox said i was to receive, and I have proof of all the purchases i made with
credit cards and also the proof of "0" credits in my account. Xbox, all i ask is you fix the issue, over the years ive gotten so many to switch to your counsel and spent more money than i could afford on it. The sole purpose for most of the purchases was that
id get credits in return for down the road, well here i sit missing 141,850 credits that are rightfully belonging to my account, not a satisfied customer currently!

Account Banned? / Perma Muted

I am wondering if my xbox account evaluation is perma-muted

and y my xbox account WhyBaker is banned if you do not supply a valid reason i will get me lawyer invovled because this is a hate crime

Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST and they typically respond to threads from oldest to newest so it can take a couple of days for a response, however they most likely will respond to you today.
