2nd controller will not sync

I'm having same issue, tried to manually sync controller no luck. New batteries, too. Also will not sync on controller from system and 2nd one.

I'm having the same issue. When I sync the 2nd controller it makes it my main controller and the other one goes out.

Hi you can sync controller no issues and can assign an account to it. But when we go into any game for a 2 player it does not work. Once you sync a 2nd controller how do you get it to actually work in a game?

Tried the soft factory reset but no change. This is the 2nd update that I've had trouble with. The 1st stopped my controller from syncing and now this. Not happy at all.

On the issues of connecting your controller, can you specify what type of controllers are you using and how it is connected on the Xbox console? Does the issue happen when the four members are playing individually, split screen or online multiplayer?
