I pre order 2k23 for 163 dollars and it’s saying I did not buy it or I can’t pay or install what’s going on been waiting for 6 weeks to play 2k23

Just to confirm, are you able to find the game in your Microsoft account order history with order status completed?

If yes, are you receiving an error code in your console?
Or only it's asking you to purchase the game?

Or what else did you tried to fix this?
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

Also, if you scroll down a bit and select one of the two games below "in this bundle"
Are you able to see the install button as well for each game or not at all?
