    2k21 will not go on line


    I’m on Xbox series X I’ve quit it and restarted it I’ve gone offline and back restarted the game and I’ve restarted the Xbox using controller and then I’ve unplugged it for 30 seconds put it back on I’ve even checked the network setting Nat type open and all services are available can anyone help

    Based on the information I've gathered, the NBA 2K21 server has shut down as of December 31, 2022.

    Players will no longer be able to play ranked or online league games. Accordingly, any mode that earns or uses VC will be affected, along with any other online function (such as the MyTEAM mode and online matches against other players).

    As of January 1, 2023, this game will no longer be available for purchase. Players who already own it will still be able to redownload and play offline modes.

    Item was purchased an Armed Forces Exchange (AAFES).

    The controller exhibited slight drift in the right stick, only noticeable when playing PGA 2K21. I ran tests with four different controllers and three different users.

    I have the receipt.

    Located in USA.

    My internet connection is fine. The problem is with the customer service. There is no way to reach a person by phone or email.

    The help line tells you to go to a URL and then offers to send the link via text.

    Thank you for reaching out to the forum. Every code you have redeem, will be available to download again from the account that you have redeemed it on. So you can always install it again and still have the item.
