2k20 isnt launching

You may benefit from restarting the console:

To do this:

1. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center.
2. Select Restart console.
3. Select Restart.

Try to delete the game, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then downloading the game again.

A hard reset may solve this problem. Hold down the power button until the system shuts down and unplug the power cable. Wait for 5 min and plug it back in and restart the console

I'd also check and make sure there are no updates that need to be installed on it. Games sometimes come out with day-one patches so I would check that the game is fully updated.
