    Hello
    you need hope     ,

    Try removing / reinstalling your profile from the Xbox console. Also, unplug your power supply / power cord from the back

    of the Xbox for 5 minutes. Plug it back in, power it back up and see if that helps. If not, you may need to contact 2K support

    because that is an in-game developer issue. 2K Support
