    Mijn zoon kan niet 2K19 (xbox one)online spelen omdat hij een account heeft met ouderlijk toezicht. Hoe kan ik mijn zoon toch online dit spel laten spelen? 2K19 support geeft aan dat ik met jullie contact moet opnemen. Graag hulp. Nu heeft hij namelijk een
    spel gekocht van 40 euro en kan m niet online spelen

    Translate-My son can't play 2K19 (Xbox One) online because he has an account with parental control. How can I let my son play this game online anyway? 2K19 support indicates that I have to contact you. Please help. Now he bought a game of 40 euros

    We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help. We do however need a bit more information on this particular setup. Is there any other accounts (parent accounts) on the console? Let us know so we can determine the
    steps to take to get this ironed out and working.

    If you plan on playing against other players then yes you need Xbox Live subscription. Only way you wont need it is if you play offline. AS for the myplayer that could be why you are unable to create it.

    As far as a child account playing they have to be 13 and over. So if the birthdate you put is not that age yet you wont be able to play.

    He's gone in to update setting in Privacy to "friends" and "allow", but we still are not able to access any clubs or friends. We're also confused about whether we need an Xbox Live Gold subscriptions AS WELL AS a separate 2k account. My dad switched
    to his account on the Xbox console - and HE was not allowed to get a MyPlayer for some reason. It's not intuitive to either of us.
