2K18 Froze Deleted My Career Player Save Spent 70$ On VC Just To Lose it

I pre ordered 2k18 and was excited to experience my park after playing it early and upgrading my player by purchasing VC spending around 70$ on the VC let alone pre ordering it for 60$ Didn't last a day until 2K lost my player saved
data I was told to contact 2k support and have been waiting for a response for quite some time at this point I just want a refund.

Spent money to have it taken from me

i spent 80 dollars in VC on NBA 2k18. I was wanting a refund for it because my character was deleted and/or went missing.

MyCAREER file unreadable

I have the same problem. I buy yestrday a 2 packs of 10.000 VC and upgrade my career player. I spent 480 Microsoft points, and now i have just broken file. Before I write message to xbox support, try here, maybe I can get back my save file.

Also lost my 2nd year MyGM team with back to back titles lol. Then I tried making a new career thinking I could atleast finish a season with MyPlayer and after I pumped VC into him before the Stars vs Elites game it tried saving then booted me to the main
menu, deleted the player I just made because it would not save and I lost all the VC I pumped into that player........smh........this is insane. All that money to have a game that basically unplayable. I might as well hook up my 360 and play that 2k. Atleast
it does not have all the bugs. Thanks 2k or Xbox. Prolly both. P.S. Sorry for the venting

This just happened to me today. I spent 40000 VCs on my Player (including 560 Microsoft points I purchased) and now 18 games in I get the error message: "Unable to load "myplayer" on memory unit. The saved content is damaged or unreadable. Press A to
continue". This happened last month when I lost 37000 VCs, and I thought it was just me, so I re-created and now reinvested time and money on a new player and, same thing. Is there any way I can retrieve this file? Or get back my invested VCs and Microsoft
points? Please help! This is frustrating and unfair.
