When im trying to play Mypark it says something about account privilege what do i do?

According to the 2K forums if you get this error "this feature is unavailable. you do not have the required account privileges", thats because you have a privacy and online setting that should be set to allow. It is called "share content using kinect" and
you need that set to allow!

I will add that you should make sure that you have everything set to allow in your settings.

Are you the primary user on the computer? Do you perhaps have another account that has full Administrator privileges? As Mister Parks was referring to, this error occurs when an account without Administrator privileges attempts to install the Zune software.
Can you check to see if another account on your PC has those privileges, and try installing it from that account?

Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop this.

Yes, your Xbox Live membership travels with the account, not the console. So if you have a Gold Account signed into a console, you have Gold privileges on that console. You can recover that account on a different console and have Gold privileges.
