2k VC coupon not working

Discus and support 2k VC coupon not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I tried to purchase 5k in vc on 2k18 it would only allow me to send as gift and when I did it was unable to be sent in return stating I already owned...     I tried to purchase 5k in vc on 2k18 it would only allow me to send as gift and when I did it was unable to be sent in return stating I already owned it. @MRTOODOPE4U

    On this link, you have all the instructions on how to request a refund. You have to log in with the account that bought the coins. If the purchase is very recent, it may not appear on the list, but if you have order details you can fill out the refund form as well.
